Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules and guidelines for using Azman University's IT platform, campus network, and digital services. Our goal is to ensure a secure, reliable, and productive environment for all members of our community.
- Purpose: To protect the university's digital assets and ensure fair access for everyone.
- Scope: Applies to all students, staff, researchers, visitors, and any individual accessing university networks or systems.
Acceptable Use
Users are encouraged to use university IT resources for activities that support the university's mission of education, research, and administration.
Authorized Access
Only access systems and data for which you have been granted explicit permission.
Responsible Behavior
Maintain professional conduct and respect the rights and privacy of others online.

Security & Monitoring
To ensure compliance and network security, the university reserves the right to monitor network activity. While we respect user privacy, system logs and traffic data may be reviewed if a policy violation is suspected.
